Subconsciously tricking yourself to help you reach your goal

Your subconscious mind is incredibly powerful. It influences your beliefs, habits, decisions, and ultimately your results. If you can get your subconscious to believe that achieving your goal is not just possible, but inevitable; your actions will naturally align with success. Here are key strategies to help you program your subconscious for winning;

1: Visualize Your Goal Daily

Visualization is one of the most powerful tools to influence the subconscious. Spend a few minutes each day vividly imagining your goal as if it’s already achieved. See it; feel it; experience it in your mind. The more real it feels; the more your subconscious accepts it as truth.

2: Use Present-Tense Affirmations
